Frequently Asked Questions
Q: My electric dryer is tumbling but not heating; do I need a service call?
A: You might need our technician to come out, but you should check your electrical service first. Reset your breaker/check your fuses, then call if you still need repair.
Q: My dryer takes a long time to dry/sometimes I have to run it through several cycles to finish a load; what is wrong with it?
A: If the top and/or sides of the dryer are very hot, you probably have a vent restriction. Make sure your vent hose is not smashed or sagging and that you have air flow at the wall cap (outside vent cover).
Q: My television has a picture but no sound; do I need it repaired?
A: You might need some service, but you should try something before calling. Turn the TV off and unplug it from the outlet. Wait a few seconds and plug it in again. This serves as a reset for the electronics and might take care of the problem.
Q: Do I have to pay another trip charge if the technician has to order a part and come back to install it?
A: No. There is no additional charge for returning to put on a part.
Q: Is there an additional cost for Shuee’s to remove my old TV or appliance when delivering my new one?
A: No. Our normal delivery price includes taking (on a one-for-one basis) your old TV or appliance at the time of delivery.
Q: What happens to my old TV and appliance when you haul it away?
A: We contract with a company to take traded in products. In turn, this company tries to refurbish the unit and recycles the non-repairable units via a scrap metal buyer.
